Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since all products are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Unwanted gifts

Please make sure to double-check sizing guides, colors, and product details before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

 

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.


3. Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with our print-on-demand provider to investigate and, if confirmed lost, send you a replacement.


4. Refunds

 Refunds are generally not issued, except in the following cases:

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock or production issues.
  • The item was never delivered and cannot be resent.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already be in progress and we cannot cancel or refund the order.
