  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom-made nature of print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items will be replaced at no additional cost (see our Refund Policy for details).
